Description & Usage

Mild steel cages are the most economical support option for filter bags. They provide the necessary structural rigidity to prevent bag collapse during suction. However, because they lack a protective coating, they are highly susceptible to rust and corrosion if moisture or chemical vapors are present in the gas stream. They are strictly for dry, “friendly” environments.
