Description & Usage

Similar to mild steel, carbon steel cages provide excellent structural support and are easy to weld. Without secondary treatment, they offer little resistance to environmental degradation. They are typically used in large-scale installations where the gas stream is known to be non-aggressive and consistently above the dew point to avoid moisture-related oxidation.
